Hej! I’m Gülüm — the founder and baker behind Hej! Bageri. 

Hej! Bageri was born in my home kitchen, from the idea that food connects us — to our memories, our cultures, and to one another. 

What began as a way to reconnect with my roots has grown into a small, heartfelt bakery, sharing poğaças with a new community. 

Every batch is made with care, using a recipe I’ve developed through trial, error, and lots of love. I keep the ingredients simple — and let the flavors speak for themselves. 

Whether you’re already familiar with poğaça or trying it for the first time, I hope it brings warmth to your day and something special to your table. 💛
